Pro: The compensation was good

Cons

Poor management, terrible programs, toxic coworkers. Higher positions take credit for all the work done below them. I was told this company was in the process of getting rid of "bad" employees, however they have an extremely long way to go before this is achieved. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone I know, it was an emotionally and mentally tiring experience. I have never worked somewhere where fellow coworkers treated each other so poorly and management is completely blind to everything that is going on.

Everyone is so nice! The projects are nicely balanced with easy to complicated. Supervisors work together to ensure that all projects stay on track the best they can and make sure that all departments are busy.

Cons

Too many decisions made by the US partners which negatively affect the Canadian teams.
