      Pros

      Inclusive workplace and respectful colleagues and managers. Both within procurement but also in general. As a father I have never been questioned about sick leave, doc appointment etc for my child.

      Cons

      All the admin and processes that comes with the position in a big company in an even bigger VW group.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
