    Pros

    Scania has a very permissive culture which helps foster innovation and thinking outside of the box. It is a very collaborative environment. Scania always strives for continuous improvement and treat its employees with respect.

    As most large companies change takes time and it can sometimes be frustrating to wait for a change when you know what needs to be done.

    Cons

    Salary is not the best but ok since 2018 and forward. Location in Södertälje is a bit of, avout 50min commute from Stockholm.
