      Pros

      Stable company with ok salary/benefits. Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to evolve. Salary raises are rare and the whole development system is rigid. Thus, to get a salary raise you have to change job and this is why Scania software groups have very large employee turnovers.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
