      Takes extremely well care of its employees. Compensation is good taking all benefits into account.

      Distance from Stockholm (but commuting is not an issue with plenty of alternatives).

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
