      Great company values and overall good leadership. There is a a lot of opportunity to grow within the company and to explore new roles

      Cons

      Slow pace, very bad pay compared to other companies. The location of Södertälje is a real struggle to commute to.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
