      Work life balance and international exposure.

      Cons

      Very limited career growth path due to extremely lean organisation chart. Senior level positions “reserved” for mainly white expatriates. Salary increment lower than actual inflation rates and no salary review to benchmark to market. Benefits at the head office in Sweden are good, but only adopted the bare minimum in other markets.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
