      Good vehicles to work on and the pay is good.

      Cons

      Management need to be more in touch with the men on the workshop floor that are doing the work. Communication between both management and workshop floor team will be beneficial to the company.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
