      Pros

      Lots of possibilities for training, learning new skills and moving within the organisation (even internationally) to grow your career. Terrific work-life balance, and I feel appreciated for my contributions. Supportive culture.

      Cons

      Salaries could be higher, but other aspects of the overall compensation (including annual results bonus and fitness facilities) make up for this.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
