      Pros

      If you are in leadership its all pros, wastes company resources as per your convenience. Then to cut cost retrench employees.

      Cons

      The company works for its leadership team only. Doesnot care for employees at all. To cut cost they decided to retrench employees first than to seek other measures to cut cost.... the accumulated losses already run to 600 crores in India. Not a trust worthy company...You never know when you will be kicked out. HR is another part. The HR also cant be trusted

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
