      Great colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge. Really good management culture with coaching leadership. Everyone working for the best of the company, shared aims. Great journey ahead with challenges in sustainability and connectivity. Good opportunities to work abroad.

      Cons

      Big company - can be slow and sometimes hard to know who to talk to and which processes are applicable Too little diversity in management, especially upper management

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.
