      Pros

      A group of young professionals with varying backgrounds and degrees of specific knowledge who are able to work on any construction project and / or any construction, logistical challenge or difficulty. The Executive Team are always willing to hear new ideas, always positive and willing to help in any way they can.

      Cons

      None – The company is very busy both with estimating and constructing jobs, all employees are kept busy at all times.

      Pros

      Communication, transparency and the bravo to change the industry that has been stuck in it's stagnant ways for so long.

      Cons

      Accelerated schedules leaves little time for complacency. Employment would be best recommended for go-getters.

      Pros

      The company cares about its people. I could never find a time where they were vindictive or irrational. Generally good people. Willing to come together when needed.

      Cons

      Small company with limited resources. The parent company see them as a cash cow to save money on real estate deals. Understaffed estimates are done to their benefit.
