      Getting the free discarded books is about it

      Cons

      The management is terrible and fires people left right and centre. The attitude of everyone is foul and "fend for yourself". The work pace is so slow, so obviously everyone is ok with sucking up tax payers dollars to work at a snails pace. The coworkers are backstabbers who pretend to be nice to you, only to try and steal your job.

      It’s a job. I like some of my colleagues.

      Cons

      Working conditions are bad and managers are worse. Expectations are unreasonable and unattainable. Managers are rude and disrespectful if we even see them.
