Nothing different than other companies. The cons are the same as every other big pharma. RH eager to give as little benefits as possible, always going for the lower market salaries and benefits possible. White men run the company, women are rarely in charge of commercial/ marketing/ anything involving big money. Abusive managers go unpunished or even rewarded even when reported but, as I said, this is not Sanofi's privilege, so I would not exactly put it as a Sanofi only con, but rather the pharma industry's.
