Sanofi in general is bloated and it takes too long to get things done. The orlando site does its best to support the larger company and is a nice group of people that work hard. Sanofi is a Disorganized organization and a revolving door or executive management. Therefore, every couple of years priorities are changing and jobs are at risk. Sanofi is famous for purchasing small companies that work in siloh’s. Not a unified organization even though they branded as “One Sanofi”. Orlando site is a small site that supports work for larger global programs. Your opportunities and visibility are based on lick and the project you are assigned. It is a nice place to work as the people are friendly and respect one another, but the culture has changed it was a better place to work 5 years ago.
