      Pros

      Location is excellent for those who live in the Metrowest area. Bonus structure is good, as is 401(k) matching program.

      Cons

      Pay raises are stagnant and no longer merit-based. Corporate culture has changed. Company no longer values the deep process knowledge of its long-term associates and instead opts for a rotating door policy to "keep things fresh."

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
