Pros
Mangers value work life balance and allow their employees to have more flexibility in their day to day lives. Pays are generally competitive. Bonuses are paid on time and no deferring.
Cons
Performance reviews are done more on personal relationship with the bosses rather than on act ual performance. Very traditional ways of thinking and things do not move fast enough. Promotions are mostly to people who have worked in the company for a long time rather than for those who come from outside.
