      Good coworkers, better benefits than non-pharma

      Cons

      Pay, maternity/paternity leave, retirement benefits, and opportunity for financial advancement are below other big pharma companies. Turnover is very high in Swiftwater. Pay is significantly lower for employees who worked their way up in the company compared to new hires off of the street.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
