      Good benefits, competitive salary, and nice working environments.

      Cons

      The management is hierarchical and fixated on reporting structure. The last reorganization - termed transformation - was so badly planned and implemented that over a year later things were still in virtual chaos.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
