      Competitive Salary, Ensure ergonomic friendly work cubicles. Free parking, Free Coffee, Limited training opportunities, Close to public transportation

      Cons

      Many silos, Can’t trust executives for truth. Salary increases are at zero, even when you are an excellent performer. Little room for advancement, the few available opportunities are given to friends.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
