      Pros

      Benefits are good. There are a lot a great people throughout the company. Sanofi acquisition was smooth and, overall, a good thing for Genzyme.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy Prevails. Middle-managers are not properly prepared to manage. Too many desperate hires.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
