Pros
Good products. Good benefits. Decent opportunity for recognition and incentive compensation. Very talented field sales representatives. Decent marketing budget. Clear communication of what management's expectations.
Cons
Too many sales meetings. Compensation plan that seemed arbitrarily constructed. It was difficult to make quota because it kept moving upward as time passed - for old products that were improperly launched. RIDICULOUS marketing materials and leave-behinds...straight to the dumpster.
