      Pros

      Facilities are nice, there is always free coffee and tea. The people overall are polite. On sunny days it is nice to walk around.

      Cons

      Windy area and long walk to work area, buses are too slow. Very,very cold & windy winters. People stay isolated within their own departments. Behind the times, slow to update technologies. They don't think globally only what is best to that site.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
