      The management is on learning curve. The old mindset has to go away. Sanofi takeover has reduced benefits. Retain bonus needs to be given. Floaters need to be shown the door

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
