      Management is great, with a strong balance of technical skills and managerial skills. This helps employees develop their skills while also being motivated to work harder as a result of positive feedback. Fantastic place to work. Compensation is very competitive. Work-life balance is great. Resources, capabilities, and systems in place are highly advanced.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
