      Benefícios tem piorado nos últimos anos. VA só aumenta se você ganha até um certo limite (bem baixo por sinal). O mesmo acontece com o dissídio. Pouquíssimas oportunidades de crescimento, ao menos que você seja transferido para outro país.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
