      Good company, decent benefits, but lot of scope of improvement

      Cons

      Poor transformation planning, non-competitive salary but HR/PnC will say they are paying you per market standard (not sure which non existent market they refer to). Worst department by any rating is PnC.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
