      Very disorganized. Depending on the manager, you can have zero work-life balance. In R&D, there are very few town halls from senior leadership.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
