Pros
There aren't really any pros, other than the work load is very easy.
Cons
The general manager tried to hit on every girl when I used to work there. He even hit on a high school who was 18 at the time and he was like 33 and he was her boss as well. Very gross. At the end, the company stole like all of the employee's review money, I had close to 800 dollars in review money but was only able to get like 250. Just not a good place to work.
