Sandbox VR interview questions

Interviewed online, got an email about having a phone screen. Spoke to the HR person who had me briefly go thru my experience but asked me no questions pertaining to the role. I was very qualified for this job but I did not get a chance to tell them about my skills. Rec'd rejection few days later. Disappointing all around. They were very hung up on my employment gap which does not relate to the job at all.
