No career path, promotion are almost impossible here No transparency - no real end of "urgent task" - company keeps spend a lot on external expensive services without telling us why Company and workload growth fast, but salary. (Remember, Staff were working so hard for your funding) Rules are useless here, there are always exception case for some leads One to one chit chat session is useless, opinions won't make any changes, leads never show those bad issues to boss
