*Ambition: Company is very ambitious and trying to change the face of entertainment - each day is filled with tremendous learning opportunities and interesting challenges. * Exciting Projects: The studio works on exciting projects, each of which breaks new ground in VR - solving problems that haven't been solved before is an engaging challenge. * Leadership and Vision: It's great to work with leaders who truly believe in what they are doing and put their heart into it. It's inspiring to work with people like this. * No Office Politics: There's no complex office politics to negotiate. The team believes in what they are doing and they support each other to get the job done. * Great Feedback: Whenever we have people in to demo our product we have incredibly positive reactions, having people try your hard work and be blown away by it is always exciting.
