      Pros

      Sam's Club has a solid culture and values, great work environment, and great leverage associated with being under the Wal-Mart umbrella.

      Cons

      There's way too much emphasis placed on overtaking Costco that it is detrimental to the overall business. Also, there is terrible collaboration amongst all areas of the business (marketing, membership, merchants), causing major confusion and frustration.

      Pros

      It’s a great job with amazing pay, camaraderie, and their is never a time when an employee doesn’t have to do anything.

      Cons

      The only con is the point system and sometimes the lack of flexibility for taking days off for important events.
