    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Phoenix, AZ (US)) in July 2020.

    Interview

    Filled out an application and assessment online. Received an email the next day that I was able to self schedule an interview. Scheduled my interview for the next morning.

    Came in and let them know I was here for an Interview. Was asked with who, which I had no idea since I scheduled it online and never spoke to someone. They seemed a little confused on what to do, but asked if I knew what position I applied for. I was then sent to do a health screen and directed to the break room, since the cafe seating is closed currently, and they will have someone meet me up there.

    I only waited for a few minutes for one of the managers to come get me. She was friendly, but did seem a little unprepared as she didn’t have any paperwork with my information. She had a blank piece of paper which she used to take down my name and availability. Asked about some of my past experience and asked a few situational questions. She wrote notes from these questions on the blank piece of paper. She also went over the position details as well.

    It seemed to go pretty well at the end she advised me to keep an eye on my email as I should receive and email regarding my application within the week.

    About 5 hours later I received an email with an offer letter and finished the required tasks online. Which were some general questions and a background check that came back within the hour, as you can login to check the status of the background check.

    BENTONVILLE, Ark., Oct. 10, 2018 - For the third year in a row Sam's Club ranked highest in Customer Satisfaction with Mass Merchandiser Pharmacies according to the J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Pharmacy Study. The study is based on responses from 10,749 pharmacy customers who filled a prescription during the three months prior to the survey period of May-July 2018.

    Sam's Club is promising massive raises to up to 25,000 workers who complete a martial-arts-inspired training program

    Walmart-owned Sam's Club has promised massive pay increases of up to $7 more per hour to employees who complete a new training program. Earning an orange belt will raise employees' hourly pay by $0.50. A blue belt will add another $1.50 per hour, and a black belt will result in a $5 hourly raise.
