Pros
The jobs are simple enough
Cons
Management is uncaring. They are often unwilling or unable to help employees. This is by design. Home office only hires subservient managment who will ignore employee complaints in favor of company profit. Employees are always understaffed. The pay, while acceptable, is not enough for the amount of work demanded and raises are very rare even when well deserved. Scheduling is horrible and when questioned you are threatened with less hours. PTO and sick time may as well be non existent. You often cannot get days off when needed due to the understaffing. This is not a good company. The owners are monstrous exploiters of labor and if you have any other options consider them first before stepping foot in a Sam's Club as an employee or a customer.
