      Pros

      Competitive pay, great benefits, culture of growing talent and promoting from within. Many tenured employees and responsive upper management team. No health insurance premiums after 10yrs of service (including dependents).

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging in a 24/7 industry, but that's an industry problem as much as it's a Saia problem. Employee recognition is pretty nonexistent in the field.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
