      On a local level employees communicate well. Operations and Sales have weekly communication meetings for these purposes. This increases awareness of customer needs or issues.

      Cons

      Difficult work enviroment due to staffing issues and lack of resolve to service failures. Pressure to grow business but unable to properly handle growth.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
