Pros
Weekly pay, casual dress code. I actually liked the work. You clock in, listen to music while you work and your shift goes by quickly. Decent pay too.
Cons
Management, management and management. If you are not a favorite you’re yelled at and spoken down to like a child. Constant threats of losing your job. One day you’re doing things correctly and the next you’re told by another manager you’ve been doing it wrong which counts against you. The auditors are not consistent when checking your work and how well you did that day depends on the auditors who checked. You have to constantly dispute your errors during your break because if you do it while on the clock it affects your bills per minute which goes back to being threatened to lose your job. There’s a very high turnover rate for a reason. Most people do not make it past their 90-day probation.
