      decent compensation, depends on manager as to how your daily job ends up being

      upper management, made many mistakes and really could not care less about what any exempt employee was asked to do, as long as it helped contribute to their plans

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
