      Pros

      Great company to work for, excellent and affordable benefits (free insurance after 10 years). Good local management that seems willing to listen and truly wants to make the terminal successful

      Cons

      The vacation policy is less than competitive, it takes too long to start accruing decent vacation. More formal and continuous management training is needed

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
