      Pay goes up every 6 months dock to driver program

      Cons

      Only hires hispanics and no other races Do not take referrals even from top performing employees if you black.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
