Pros

Colleagues are great, not to much working outside of 9-5

Cons

Management do not explain changes and why they are happening, means job role and account base regularly changes. Just want quick sales instead of proper account management since leadership from other brands sage bought have come in. Feels like a toxic place to work which is sad because it was once amazing. Hard to do well and feel like we are all constantly under performing. No wonder so many colleagues are leaving / off on long term sick. No trust in colleagues anymore and it can be felt

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're disappointed to know how you're feeling, and assure you that your concerns are being taken seriously. If you're comfortable doing so, we encourage you to reach out to our Colleague Relations team to provide more details about your experience. This commitment is reflected in our strong performance—but sustaining this momentum is key to achieving even greater success together. If you have suggestions on how we can further enhance recognition and appreciation across the organisation, we encourage you to share your thoughts through our Always Listening survey. Additionally, we invite you to explore our Wellbeing Hub, where you’ll find a wide range of resources designed to support your overall wellbeing.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
