Pros

Coworkers are great. Cafe does some nice food.

Cons

Absolutely clueless management. Just repeat the same rhetoric and lie to your face whenever you mention anything outsife thier script. Absolutely no care for your mental health, disabilities or wellbeing. Theu will telly ou theyre inclusive and supportive. But will make your life hell if your ill and harass you with phone calls. Have now resorted to posting fake reviews on here and even had an 'incentive' on at work recently where they rewarded those who left reviews. How unethical and deceptive.

Thank you for leaving us your review. We strongly recommend contacting People Services so that someone from Colleague Relations can reach out to discuss your experience confidentially. Please note that your feedback will be shared with our Customer Service leadership team so that further investigations can be conducted. Leaving Glassdoor reviews is encouraged, but no colleague is mandated to do this. Glassdoor is simply one of several elements of our listening strategy at Sage, but using it is entirely at the reviewer's discretion. We would appreciate more insight into your claims about the distortion of the messaging around leaving Glassdoor reviews. Therefore, please consider sharing this in your confidential conversation with the colleague relations team or as part of your Pulse survey, should you choose to take it.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
