Low employee retention (both through those who quit and the semi-annual layoffs in each campus) and with those employees goes knowledge (see above) that was never shared/communicated
No proper CRM tracking required (for reference about 20,000 customers on plan within their Start Up division alone)
Questionable sales and business practices; would not recommend the products to family/friends
Sage is for you if are fine with coming in doing the same thing everyday knowing you won't be able to help the business evolve, will be limited to effecting change for your customers and that you are disposable regardless of your performance.
