Pros

The colleagues themselves are generally professional and supportive.

Cons

There are very limited opportunities for internal promotion. Career progression is unclear, and long-term growth within the company feels restricted. In addition, there have been continuous cutbacks in the tools and resources we use daily, which directly impacts productivity and makes it harder to perform our work effectively. Another major downside is the rigid return-to-office policy. Employees are now required to attend the office three days a week, with the explicit warning that failure to accept these new terms could result in a five-day office requirement. This approach feels more like pressure than collaboration and negatively affects morale and work-life balance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re disappointed that your experience hasn't been satisfactory and truly appreciate you taking the time to highlight areas where we can improve. Career development and providing the right tools for success remain key priorities for us. We offer access to mentorship, gig projects across different functions, and a range of upskilling resources through Sage Academy, LinkedIn Learning and more to support colleague growth. We encourage you to speak with your manager about your career ambitions and work together on a development plan that they can support. You can also reach out to our Talent Acquisition team for guidance on roles that may be a good fit for you in the future. If you have specific suggestions for further improvements, please share them via our internal Always Listening survey. These office days help teams build stronger relationships and foster collaboration, which is key to achieving our business objectives at pace for the benefit of everyone—our customers, colleagues and partners. If you have ongoing concerns, please discuss them with your manager, who can explore reasonable adjustments based on your personal circumstances. Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
