Good environment with hard working dependable coworkers

Not enough pay... raises aren't giving out on normal guide lines

Hours are good for those working 12 hour shifts. You get 3 days off every week. Benefits are fairly well with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.

The management could use improvement. They are hardliners. They are so strict and rigid with their rules and policies that they never consider people's lives or feelings when it comes to working in a pleasant work environment. It's all just business to them.
