Lots of overtime and some what descent benefits!
Cons
Double standards when come to job, have to operate two machines at the same time with little hourly pay.

Pros
Hours are good for those working 12 hour shifts. You get 3 days off every week. Benefits are fairly well with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.
Cons
The management could use improvement. They are hardliners. They are so strict and rigid with their rules and policies that they never consider people's lives or feelings when it comes to working in a pleasant work environment. It's all just business to them.
