Pros
It's a decent place to work temporarily while in school or just to have as a second job. The hours are very flexible. The environment is very clean. The work is fairly easy.
Cons
The goals are unrealistic. They need to remeasure their metric system especially if they want both quality and quantity. Also incompetent people are promoted to management positions just because they're well liked by other managers. Inappropriate promotions happen a lot. The work space is very tight and they always over schedule people so you have to share a computer with someone who goes on lunch break. Also the rules don't seem to apply to everyone when it comes to conduct, dress code and cellphone usage.
