Pros

Systems Integrations has a very dedicated HR staff, a great benefits package that rivals most large government contract companies, has easy communication accessibility to all levels of company employees, and makes all efforts to retain employees onto new, existing, or upcoming contracts.

Cons

As an offsite employee the company did not reach out to me as much I would have liked. This added to the anxiety that they may forget about me for upcoming contracts.

Pros

Pay is decent, slightly above average for the area. Company management has an open door policy to allow its employees to present new ideas that could benefit the company and everyone that works for it.

Cons

Management is hard to get in touch with, takes a long time to get back to people after sending contact email information

Pros

Contract with US Customs and Border Protection,

Cons

Terrible management, Management has favorites, treats skilled employees terribly, no room for growth in the company, Pay could be better, benefits can be better as well, Management looks for 150% while paying for only 60% of it. When I began this job I was expecting at least 20-50% hands on, this job is not hands on what so ever. This job is a call center. Management to employee communication is very little, HR is almost always unavailable. Interview process is two phone calls, one with a HR Representative, the other with the Operating manager. Neither of which are very difficult. More customer service oriented than Technical. If you plan on having a great Work-Life balance, stay away from this place. This job is 24/7-365 and management may force you to change your schedule to meet business. Operating manager will offer you three shifts, but will end up placing you where you think is best, if you challenge his opinion he will listen in but will give you a "Either it's my way or the highway" With 0% compromise.
