      Pros

      Ability to travel and see other markets. I love coming into the office everyday because I know I will learn something new. I like knowing that there is unlimited room for advancement and won't have to answer to "the man." Everyone is so upbeat and positive and my coworkers are actually helping me progress personally and professionally in the account manager role, unlike my previous jobs where I was viewed as a "threat' so they would not help me.

      Cons

      Full Time position is 5 1/2 days/ wk but I get it because we work with massive clients. Advancement is based on merit so I know if I am not on my game I can get passed, so I must bring energy every day. As someone still new to the business, I am challenged to get out of my comfort zone to progress(some view this as a con).

      Pros

      I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I recently got promoted out of training. It took me a little longer than most people because of my shy personality. But everyone was so nice and helpful when it came to me not understanding something. Not a single person gave up on me and they all made sure I was progressing every day. Even the two girls up front had a lot to do with motivating me every day when I came in, they were always smiling and pushing me. I am so excited to learn and develop more and grow with this company!

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing!! Except maybe we need a parking lot for employees only! :)

      Pros

      I've been working for 6 months since graduating college and I've learned more then I did in 4 years at college! Everyone is so positive and wants each person to succeed just as much as themselves! It is like a family outside of family. The management team is so down to earth and just really genuine. I know exactly what I'm working toward and can't wait to run my own office! I get to travel, hangout with my coworkers after work, go to some cool places and work with people I now consider friends... not many places offer and actually follow through with that. I determine how much I'm worth, meet new people every day whose lives I get to change even on the smallest of levels.

      Cons

      If I don't do well I don't have anyone to blame it on but myself! ha but seriously how can I have a complaint about this company? They've given me so much and will continue to and only ask in return that I put in 100% effort. I have to actually work to get I want! How rude?!! ha Too many people my age feel so damn entitled... I'm just happy they gave me this opportunity and I don't plan on wasting it!

In today's growing industry of competitive business, it is hard to find an opportunity that matches what the candidate is looking for to what the company is offering. Any career is hard work to get the most out of, especially one that is merit based because there are so many competitive people clawing and scratching to reach the pinnacle. I am glad to read your advice column...it made me chuckle. In today's age of social media and online activity, everyone wants to give their opinion and for it to be heard, but few are qualified to give their 2 cents because they are not in a position to speak on behalf of that topic. I look forward to seeing you continue to grow and develop yourself. P.S. keep working hard and Nashville will be just the beginning for you!
